Return and refund policy

We do not offer a refund policy on custom made bespoke mat items and we cannot cancel any custom orders placed after 24 hours – by making a purchase you agree to confirming your custom order. Please note that all our mats are custom made to order to suit your individual vehicle which you specify on your order form.

 Dislike of colour or design:

As each set mat is made to order for your vehicle and we provide a custom made service, we are unable to accept return requests based on dislike of style or colour. You are responsible for picking the correct colour for your vehicle and to make sure you like the product before you place your order. You can ask for images and videos by contacting out LiveChat support (bottom right corner) to make sure our car mats are exactly as you want them.

If Customers insist on returning custom made products they will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the original purchase price to cover materials and workmanship for your custom order. And customers will be responsible for the return postage and packaging cost.

Wrong order sending:

If AUTOO CAR MATS send a wrong order mats to you, after receive customers’ claim and photos, AUTOO CAR MATS will send a new and right mat again based on customer’s order details.

My mats dont fit well:

If you claim our mats do not fit well or not satisfy your needs, we will require photos of the mats inside your vehicle before ANY refund or return is processed. Once the photos are received, our engineers and production team will review the issues on an order by order basis, if needed, we will revise your claim and issue installation advice. If do not fit, we will refund your money with 30 days. If the mats have been used and show any kind of wear & tear, the mats not eligible for a full refund.

Return under 30 Days Money Back Policy:

We will accept return requests if don’t fit, non-artificial damaged during transfer and wrong sending .Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund for the total amount paid at order stage.

Any claim made under the 30 Days Money Back policy is subject to investigation. We reserve the right to rectify any issue, by sending replacements or installation advice. If we fail to rectify any fitting issues, a refund will be issued. Any claims of dislike of color, style or incorrect ordered items are not covered under our 30 Day Money Back Policy and will be rejected.

Please note:

1,  Refund amount will only be issued once we have received the product back and checked it for damage and that the product is unused. If ok you will then receive the refund amount within 14 days.

2, Please email: support@autoocarmats.com before shipping any items back. We will provide a shipping address and Return code that will need to be included with your shipment

3, We advise you return your product using a tracked delivery service.

4, Please be advised that we will not accept any returns or refund request if your country customs will impose additional taxes on imports. We are not responsible for these taxes and they need to be paid to Customs Authorities in order to receive the products. Please consult your country laws regarding customs imports taxes.

5, The customers responsibility to make sure that the vehicle details and delivery address is correct when making a purchase. Autoo car mats will not be held responsible for any custom made products that are wrong or for any delivery address mistakes.
